'Leaving things to Mother Nature Château Masburel'

At Château Masburel farming grapes is undertaken with a unique philosophy : leave the " terroir" express itself in the grapes. In that purpose, vines are cultivated with "sustainable and reasonable struggle " methods : Treatments are only used in the vines when it is a necessity. The result of this is that Château Masburel has its very own eco-system. The vineyard is home to pheasants, deer, hares, badgers, partridge, bats, butterflies and frogs.

Furthermore, we are currently working towards our Organic certification with EcoCert.
