Chateau MASBUREL is proud to have participated to the opening of the airline between Bergerac and Leeds, Friday 27th May.
Local authorities, the Lord-Mayor of Leeds as well as the head staff of the airline company JET2 had been willing to pair CHateau MASBUREL,
representing the " Perigord Pourpre", with a local wine estate, LEVENTHORPE wines, located on the outskirts of Leeds.
Such an operation in the inspiration of the Entente Cordiale has been widely covered by the local journalists.

From 6 untill 10 September 2010, Arnaud ISNARD, director of Château Masburel went to Japan to lead two seminaries around Wines from Bergerac to Tokyo and Osaka.
On Tuesday, September 7th, 20 journalists met to Grand Prince Hotel of Tokyo for a lunch of press around bergeracois white wines.
Afternoon continued on the variety of the colors of wines of Bergerac with 110 professionals of the wine (cellarmans, restorers...)
The operation was repeated the next day some kilometers more in the South in Osaka with 92 other professionals.
In order to introduce, to make sensitive the journalists and to mobilize the professionals around AOC Bergerac, a dozen wines of different properties was tasted beside the Château Masburel Montravel Blanc 2002 and Consul de Masburel Rosé 2009.

The emission " The Life of Castle " livened up by Michel CARDOZE on TV7, local television channel, was shot in the Château Masburel during an a little bit wet morning of this beginning of April...

This emission,issue is the opportunity to leave to the discovery of our heritage : vineyards, wines and castles.
